______RESOLUTION FROM THE ENTERPRISE CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ANY PARKS OR OTHER OPEN PUBLIC SPACES.

______THREE (3) COMPLETE SETS OF AS-BUILT PLANS

 THE FINAL PLAT SHALL CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION THEREON PRIOR TO SUBMISSION TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR APPROVAL.
